More about Pigeons by Suhayla El-Bushra
What is the definition of the word “Pigeon”?

Pigeons (Noun) pi·geon[ ‘pidʒən ](pi·geons)
1. heavy-bodied bird with cooing call
2. medium-sized bird living in cities
3. gullible person

Crafted along extrapolated interpretations of the word “pigeon” in reference to Singapore’s society, Pigeons by Buds Theatre Company, will explore the touchy yet timely topic of racism, ethnicity and cultural differences. Differences – it can be the glue that binds us all, or the truth that tears us apart.

Pigeons will be a raw and honest delivery of what discrimination looks like today.
