Peatix partners EventHub: All-in-one event-branded apps for large-scale events, with 80% download rates

Organizers of large-scale events (i.e. more than 2,000 attendees), you’ll be excited to know that we’ve entered a partnership with event app solution EventHub!

What would this mean for you?

You can now affordably create event-branded apps for attendees in as fast as one week and enjoy a download rate of up to 80%. EventHub will build apps to include features tailored to your event’s needs like a programme calendar or networking capabilities, and Peatix will integrate its core ticketing functionalities, including e-tickets, payments, customer support, and event check-ins. When tickets are purchased to your event on Peatix, instead of the Peatix attendee app, attendees will be prompted to download this all-in-one event app in their web browser and email (see image below).

The high app adoption rate by Peatix users at 80% will mean more seamless attendee management at the door for organizers of large-scale events and the provision of an enriched interactive event experience for attendees.

“We are very proud of the 80% adoption rate of our app in our attendee base, and there’s a wide range of functionality in our app beyond finding your ticket, but we also know the app requirements of a startup networking event differs from those of a large-scale rock concert,” said Peatix CEO Taku Harada. “We want to cater to all those needs, and this partnership with EventHub is the perfect way to accomplish this.”

CODE BLUE, an international security conference in Tokyo held 20 October 2016, and Innovation Weekend, a technology conference that connects entrepreneurs worldwide and held in five cities, namely, Tokyo, Osaka, New York, San Francisco, and Berlin, are amongst the first large-scale events to use this service.
